Maple Dijon Marinade: A mixture of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, pure maple syrup, dried thyme, and salt.

Though it takes a bit of time to roast these Maple Dijon Turkey Breast Tenderloins, it actually on takes 5 minutes of prep work!
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, maple syrup, dried thyme, and salt. Add the turkey breast tenderloins and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 325°. Add the marinated turkey breast tenderloins to a medium baking dish or pan. Pour the additional marinade over the tenderloins.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
