These Maple Dijon Turkey Breast Tenderloins are roasted to perfection. They're deliciously moist and flavorful. Make this recipe for an easy weeknight dinner, holiday meal, or meal prep for the week. They even make a great substitute for a whole Thanksgiving turkey!

    Maple Dijon Turkey Breast Tenderloin

    Ingredients

Made with just a few simple ingredients, you won't believe how tender and moist these are. You likely already have most of these ingredients in your pantry!

Turkey Breast Tenderloins: These are boneless, skinless, and the most tender part of the turkey breasts. I like the All Natural Turkey Tenderloins from Butterball.

Maple Dijon Marinade: A mixture of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, pure maple syrup, dried thyme, and salt.

    Step-By-Step Instructions

Though it takes a bit of time to roast these Maple Dijon Turkey Breast Tenderloins, it actually on takes 5 minutes of prep work!

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, maple syrup, dried thyme, and salt. Add the turkey breast tenderloins and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    2. Preheat oven to 325°. Add the marinated turkey breast tenderloins to a medium baking dish or pan. Pour the additional marinade over the tenderloins.
    3. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
    4. Serve as-is or topped with your favorite gravy.

    Serving Suggestions

Serve with your favorite sides for a holiday turkey dinner! It's so much faster than cooking a whole turkey! Some of my favorite sides to serve with these turkey tenderloins are mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad, rolls, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.

Meal prep lunch or dinner for the week. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for 3-4 days.

Make these maple dijon turkey breast tenderloins for an easy weeknight dinner. It's the perfect main dish that only takes a few minutes to prepare. Once it's in the oven, you can focus on making whatever sides you want to serve with it.
