- Mango: Ripe red mangos, peeled, cored and diced. Be sure to select ones that are ripe. They should give slightly when gently squeezed. Learn how to cut a mango.
- Red Onion: Diced red onion adds some crunch, mild onion flavor, and a pop of color.

- Add more veggies. Stir in some sweet corn, red bell pepper, cucumber, or green onion.
- Mix in another type of fruit. Pineapple or even strawberries would give it some additional fruity flavors.
- Make it spicy. For added spice, double the amount of jalapeños . To make it extra spicy, replace the jalapeño with a habanero pepper.
- Choose other great mix-ins. Get creative! Use whatever you have on hand, but other great mix-ins could be black beans, avocado, or Roma tomatoes.
