Description

This Fresh Mango Salsa is going to be your new favorite summer dip. It's a simple, sweet and spicy salsa that's perfect on tacos, fish, tofu bowls, or tortilla chips!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds and membrane removed, minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice and chop ingredients to desired size.
  2. In a bowl, toss all ingredients together until combined.
  3. Taste and season with sea salt as needed. Serve and enjoy!


Notes

To Store:  Refrigerate in an air tight container for up to 2 days.
