This Fresh Mango Salsa is going to be your new favorite summer dip. It's a simple, sweet and spicy salsa that's perfect on tacos, fish, tofu bowls, or tortilla chips!
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangos, peeled, cored and diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeds and membrane removed, minced
- juice of 1 lime
- sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Dice and chop ingredients to desired size.
- In a bowl, toss all ingredients together until combined.
- Taste and season with sea salt as needed. Serve and enjoy!

To Store: Refrigerate in an air tight container for up to 2 days.
