    Ingredients

    • Ground Turkey: One pound of ground turkey makes these meatballs nice and light.
    • Bread Crumbs: Plain panko bread crumbs help keep the meatballs moist. I like 4C Foods.
    • Egg: To bind the meatballs together.
    • Carrot: Just one small carrot, finely grated. Be sure to squeeze the liquid out.
    • Onion: Finely diced red onion.
    • Buffalo Sauce: Some buffalo sauce for inside the meatballs plus more for drizzling on top for serving.
    • Seasoning: Garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Dressing: Blue cheese or ranch dressing, for serving.
    • Vegetables: Carrot sticks and celery sticks, for serving.

    Easy Buffalo Turkey Meatballs

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    Buffalo Turkey Meatballs come together in less than 30 minutes. Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl, form them into balls, then bake. Drizzle with more buffalo sauce before serving.

    1. Prepare. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a large baking sheet with oil and set aside.
    2. Mix the ingredients. In a large bowl, using a fork or your hands, mix the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, grated carrot, onion, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper until just combined.
    3. Make the meatballs. Form into 1 inch meatballs. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
    4. Bake. Bake for 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Toss with a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
    5. Serve and enjoy. These are best served warm with carrot and celery sticks, and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
