Description
Easy Buffalo Turkey Meatballs are the perfect game day appetizer! They're juicy, light, and covered in buffalo sauce. Best part is, they can be ready in less than 30 minutes.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small carrot, finely grated with liquid squeezed out
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce, plus more for serving
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- carrot and celery sticks, for serving
- blue cheese or ranch dressing, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a large baking sheet with oil and set aside.
- Mix the ingredients. In a large bowl, using a fork or your hands, mix the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, grated carrot, onion, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper until just combined.
- Make the meatballs. Form into 1 inch meatballs. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake. Bake for 15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. Toss with a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
- Serve and enjoy. These are best served warm with carrot and celery sticks, and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
