Variations
- Use a different sweetener. Instead of honey, you can sweeten the tea with sugar, coconut sugar, simple syrup, stevia, or any other sweetener you prefer.
- Make an Arnold Palmer. Leave out the honey to make it unsweetened tea. Once cooled, mix in some lemonade.
- Try another flavor! Green tea, raspberry, cranberry apple, or your favorite tea flavors would all work well.
- You can use either regular or decaffeinated tea.
Serving Suggestions
My favorite way to serve this Earl Grey Iced Tea with Honey is over ice with a lemon slice and sprig of mint. Though it's a crisp and refreshing drink for summer, I love to make it all year round.
