Description

Turkey Bacon Wrapped Asparagus is an excellent brunch or dinner side dish. They're made with just 3 ingredients in 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus spears, tough ends trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the asparagus on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
  3. Divide the asparagus into 8 bundles. Tightly wrap each bundle with a piece of turkey bacon. Place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-24 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the bacon is starting to crisp.


Notes

Keep in mind turkey bacon gets less crispy than regular bacon, so if you want that extra crisp, you can substitute it for regular bacon. Adjust cooking time, as needed.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
