Description
Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Salad is a crisp and fresh simple salad. Brussels sprouts pair perfectly with parmesan and honey lemon vinaigrette.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces shaved brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make the lemon vinaigrette. In a small bowl or jar, whisk or shake together the olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Taste and season with salt and pepper, as needed. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss the shaved brussels sprouts and parmesan cheese until combined. Drizzle with the lemon vinaigrette and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper, as needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days. If you store the salad dressing separate, it could last up to 3 or 4 days.
