Description

This Mango Pineapple Smoothie is perfectly creamy with just 5 ingredients! It’s light and fresh and is like a cup of sunshine.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or pure maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place the mango, pineapple, greek yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Notes

To make this smoothie vegan, use plant-based milk and yogurt. For a sweetener, use pure maple syrup.
