Description

Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing! It has all the flavors you love about classic buffalo chicken dip but with a healthier twist.


Ingredients

  • olive oil spray
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch or 9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese or ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onions and an extra drizzle of buffalo sauce and dressing. (optional) Serve with your favorite chips, crackers and veggies for dipping.


Notes

Make ahead: Prepare it, then cover and refrigerate before baking for up to 24 hours. Add an extra 5-10 minutes of baking time.

To store: If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
