Description
Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing! It has all the flavors you love about classic buffalo chicken dip but with a healthier twist.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch or 9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese or ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and an extra drizzle of buffalo sauce and dressing. (optional) Serve with your favorite chips, crackers and veggies for dipping.
Notes
Make ahead: Prepare it, then cover and refrigerate before baking for up to 24 hours. Add an extra 5-10 minutes of baking time.
To store: If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
