Description

These Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders are so juicy and flavorful. You won’t believe how crispy they get baked in the oven.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 large egg + 2 teaspoons water
  • olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a shallow bowl, stir together the panko breadcrumbs and everything bagel seasoning. In a medium bowl, beat the egg with water.
  3. Dip the chicken tenders in the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture, evenly coating it. Shake off excess, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken tenders.
  4. Spray the tops with olive oil spray and bake for 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway. Bake until crispy, golden,  and cooked through.


Notes

Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the tenders. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

Baked chicken tenders are best served immediately for a crispy texture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a warm oven, toaster oven, or air fryer.

Serve with Yogurt Honey Mustard Dip or your favorite dipping sauces.
