These Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders are so juicy and flavorful. You won’t believe how crispy they get baked in the oven.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1 large egg + 2 teaspoons water
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a shallow bowl, stir together the panko breadcrumbs and everything bagel seasoning. In a medium bowl, beat the egg with water.
- Dip the chicken tenders in the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture, evenly coating it. Shake off excess, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken tenders.
- Spray the tops with olive oil spray and bake for 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway. Bake until crispy, golden, and cooked through.
Notes
Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the tenders. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Baked chicken tenders are best served immediately for a crispy texture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a warm oven, toaster oven, or air fryer.
Serve with Yogurt Honey Mustard Dip or your favorite dipping sauces.
