Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup frozen cherries (I like Wyman's)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons 0% fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Toppings
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon chopped dark chocolate
- fresh or thawed frozen cherries
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, add the frozen cherries, almond milk, greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
- Top with shredded coconut, sliced almonds, chocolate, and cherries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
