Description

This Blueberry Peach Smoothie will be your new favorite quick and easy breakfast! It’s made with just 5 ingredients in 5 minutes, and is packed with fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add a splash more milk if needed, and blend again. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For the best consistency, use frozen fruit. If you have fresh blueberries and peaches, you can freeze them overnight before using in your smoothie. Be sure to peel and slice the peaches before freezing them for smoothies.

Add more milk as needed. It it’s too thick, add a little more milk and blend until incorporated.
