- 2 bagels, sliced and toasted (everything, plain, onion, whole wheat or sesame)
- 2-3 tablespoons mayo
- 6 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 cup crispy leaf lettuce
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Spread the mayo evenly on the toasted bagels. Layer the bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Notes
Be sure to toast the bagels to prevent them from getting soggy from the mayo and tomato.
To make the best bacon, preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy clean up. Place a metal cooling rack on top of the foil-lined baking sheet. Lay the bacon on the rack and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until desired crispiness. Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb the remaining bacon grease. Serve and enjoy!
