Honey Wheat Dinner Rolls

These Honey Wheat Dinner Rolls are the perfect side to just about any meal. They're light, fluffy, and full of flavor.

Heat milk, honey, and butter in a small pan over low heat until warm.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, fine sea salt, and instant yeast.

Add the egg and liquid mixture to the dry ingredient mix. Knead for 6-8 minutes.

Place the ball of dough into a large greased bowl and cover. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Deflate the dough and divide into 15  pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking dish.

Cover the baking dish,  and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.

Brush the tops with more melted butter while they are still warm. Serve warm and enjoy!
