Ingredients - flour tortillas - shredded Mexican cheese - grilled steak - cherry tomatoes - cilantro lime vinaigrette - jalapeño (optional)

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-heat. Lightly spray with olive oil.

Place 1 tortilla in the pan. Spread out half of the mexican cheese evenly on the tortilla.

On one half of the tortilla, evenly spread out the steak, tomatoes, and jalapeño slices (if using). Drizzle 1 teaspoon of cilantro lime vinaigrette over the steak side.

Fold the tortilla in half, and cook until golden on the bottom about 1 more minute. Flip once and cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden. Repeat with the remaining tortilla.
