  • Method: Assemble
  • Cuisine: American

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 english cucumber, cut into (1/4") slices
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 4 ounces cold smoked salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, roughly chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Using a knife or small spoon, spread about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese on each cucumber slice.
  2. Top each with a bite-sized piece of smoked salmon. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over each slice and garnish with fresh dill.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours in an airtight container.

Notes

Let the cream cheese sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes before using it. This will make it easier to spread and create a smoother consistency.
