Description
Hot Honey Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast is simple, fresh, and comes together in just a few minutes. I made it two different ways, so you can pick what you’re feeling when you make it. It tastes like something you’d order out, but it’s super easy to make at home.
Ingredients
-
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 large ripe avocado
- pinch of sea salt (optional)
- 2 ounces Ducktrap Hot Honey Smoked Roasted Salmon, flaked
- 2 ounces Ducktrap Hot Honey Cold Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
- handful of microgreens
Instructions
- In a small bowl or directly on the toasts, mash the avocado with a fork. Add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
-
Spread the avocado evenly over each slice of toast. Add a small handful of microgreens over the avocado.
-
Top one toast with flaked hot honey smoked roasted salmon. Top the other toast with slices of cold smoked salmon.
-
Garnish both with more microgreens. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
You can make both versions as written, or use your favorite style of smoked salmon and make two of the same.
