Description

This Greek Yogurt Dill Dip is made with fresh dill and plain Greek yogurt for a light and fresh snack. Serve it with veggies, pita chips, sandwiches, and so much more!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the greek yogurt, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and sea salt until combined. Taste and adjust, adding more salt as needed.
  2. Serve with fresh veggies for dipping or as a sauce over your favorite dish.

Notes

Make it into a sauce for drizzling by adding a couple of teaspoons of water, stirring until your desired consistency.

For the best flavor, refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors come together.

To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
