Description
Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing is a fresh and nutty dressing that's good on just about any salad you make. It's also great drizzled over veggies or a grain bowl.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk or shake all the dressing ingredients together until smooth.
- Taste and adjust, as needed. If it's too thick, add water, a teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency.
- Serve immediately with your favorite recipe, or refrigerate in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
Notes
Tahini dressing is super versatile, so you can customize it to your own liking. Taste it before serving and adjust the flavor as preferred. If it's too bitter, add more honey. If you don't taste the lemon, add more lemon juice.
