- 3 ripe medium avocados
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeño, minced and seeds removed
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Half the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl and mash with a fork until desired consistency.
- Add in the red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir until combined. Taste and season to desired flavor. Add more salt as needed.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
To store, refrigerate in an airtight container. Squeeze a little lime juice over the top to help prevent it from browning. Place plastic wrap over the top and gently press it against the top of the Guacamole.
