Description

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette is a bright and flavorful dressing that you'll love to put on everything! Not only is it simple to make in just 5 minutes, but it's so much better than store-bought dressings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, and honey in a small food processor or blender. Season with sea salt. Pulse to combine. Slowly pour in the olive oil and process until smooth and combined.
  2. Taste and adjust sea salt, as needed. Serve immediately in your favorite recipe, or refrigerate for up to 3 days in an air tight container.


Notes

To make it creamy, add in 1-2 tablespoons of 0% fat plain greek yogurt.

To make it spicy, add in 1 minced jalapeño.
