Description
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette is a bright and flavorful dressing that you'll love to put on everything! Not only is it simple to make in just 5 minutes, but it's so much better than store-bought dressings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Place the cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, and honey in a small food processor or blender. Season with sea salt. Pulse to combine. Slowly pour in the olive oil and process until smooth and combined.
- Taste and adjust sea salt, as needed. Serve immediately in your favorite recipe, or refrigerate for up to 3 days in an air tight container.
Notes
To make it creamy, add in 1-2 tablespoons of 0% fat plain greek yogurt.
To make it spicy, add in 1 minced jalapeño.
