Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened original almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (or honey)


Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries, almond milk, and maple syrup in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add a splash more milk if needed, and blend again. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Notes

For the best consistency, use frozen fruit. If you have fresh strawberries, you can freeze them overnight before using in your smoothie.

Add more almond milk as needed. It it’s too thick, add a little more milk and blend until incorporated.
