Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent and garlic is fragrant.

In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, dried parsley, grated zucchini, grated carrot, sautéed onion and garlic mixture, salt and pepper until combined.

Place mixture in a loaf pan. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Spoon sauce over the meatloaf and evenly spread out.

Place the meatloaf in a preheated oven at 350°F and bake for 55-60 minutes until cooked through.
