Step 1 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey, onions, and peppers. Season sea salt. Cook breaking up the meat, about 5 minutes.

Step 2 Add the garlic, sweet potatoes, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder. Season with sea salt and pepper.

Step 3 Mix and cover. Cook on low for 14-16 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are tender.
