Strawberry Baked Oatmeal

This Strawberry Baked Oatmeal is a satisfying and easy sweet breakfast. It's made with wholesome and nutritious ingredients.

 Ingredients • rolled oats • baking powder • cinnamon • salt • milk of choice • plain greek yogurt • maple syrup • butter • vanilla extract • egg • strawberries

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2 In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3 In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Pour the wet ingredient mixture over the dry ingredient mixture. Stir to combine. Gently fold in the strawberries.

Step 4 Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden and set. Serve warm.

Storage Refrigerate it in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Warm in the microwave or a warm oven at 350°F until heated through.
