Ingredients • yellow peaches • honey • lemon juice • corn starch • whole wheat flour • all purpose flour • sugar • baking powder • salt • butter • plain greek yogurt • milk

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with butter or cooking oil. Set aside.

Step 2 In a large mixing bowl, mix together peach slices, honey, lemon juice, and cornstarch.

Step 3 In a bowl, whisk together the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Using a fork, mix in the grated butter until pea sized lumps form. Stir in the greek yogurt until just combined.

Step 4 Pour the peach mixture into the skillet. Drop spoonfuls of batter over the peaches. Brush the tops of the batter with milk. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
