Mix the dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl, add the toasted oats, ground flaxseed, pepitas, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries. Toss to combine. Set aside.
Mix the wet ingredients and spices.
In another medium bowl, add the maple syrup, pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and pinch of a salt. Stir to combine.
