Nut Free Pesto with Spinach

This nut-free Spinach Basil Pesto is bright and flavorful. It's so good on just about everything and can be made in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients • spinach • basil • extra virgin olive oil • parmesan cheese • lemon juice • garlic • salt and pepper

Step 1 Using a blender or small food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed.

Step 2 Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
