Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly spray with oil to prevent sticking.

Step 2 In a bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Set aside.

Step 3 In another bowl, whisk together the milk, greek yogurt, egg, butter, and honey until fully combined.

Step 4 Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients using a silicone spatula or wooden spoon until just combined. Do not overmix.

Step 5 Pour the batter into the parchment lined baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs.
