Step 1- Mashed Potatoes Place peeled potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are soft enough to pierce with a fork.

Step 2- Brown the Turkey Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up the meat, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and place in a bowl.

Step 3- Prepare the filling Heat oil over medium low heat. Add the onion, garlic, and carrot. Cook until tender, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the peas, corn, flour, chicken broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3- Prepare the filling (continued) Add the cooked ground turkey and stir to combine. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until thickened.

Step 4- Mash the Potatoes Drain the potatoes. Add the chicken broth, sour cream, salt and pepper. Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes until smooth. Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed.

Step 5- Assemble the Casserole Preheat the oven to 375°. Spoon the ground turkey mixture on the bottom of an 8 inch casserole dish. Top with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.
