French Bread Stuffing

French Bread Stuffing  is a classic side dish made with french bread or a baguette. Baked until golden on top and soft and moist on the inside. Herby and delicious for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients • baguette • olive oil • yellow onion • celery stalks • garlic • unsalted butter • chicken broth • egg • parsley • rosemary • sage • thyme • salt and pepper

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil. Set aside.

Step 2 Heat the olive oil in a small skillet. Add the onion, celery and garlic. Cook until softened.

Step 3 Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Be sure the bread cubes are completely coated.

Step 4 Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake until golden and crispy on the top.
