Cucumber Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients • whole grain bread • classic hummus • everything bagel seasoning • fresh baby spinach • carrot • english cucumber • fresh tomato •  avocado

Step 1 Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on top of each slice of toasted bread. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the hummus.

Step 2 Assemble the sandwich by layering baby spinach, carrot ribbons, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and avocado.
