Step 1
In a large pot heat the olive oil. Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-6 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

Add in the orzo. Cook, stirring often to prevent the orzo from sticking to the bottom of the pan, for 8 minutes or until al dente. Add in the shredded chicken and frozen peas.
