Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Set aside.

Step 2 In a medium bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3 In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth. Whisk in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract until combined.
